Banned list will be updated

There are several sets released since the last update, we may have a change to ingratiate for better playing environment.

Some cards in the banned list were not overpowered anymore because of the whole power level up. So we consider to release them to make more different deck style.

3. Temporal Manipulation

4. Time Warp

5. Yawgmoth’s Bargain

6. Cavern of Souls

Also, some cards may break the environment’s balance. But we trust the format will be fixed by itself or unbanned something would help it a bit.
