This is a super OP card in 1v1 commander format. A deadly killer to boost your small creatures/spell damage up, make the game easily end on turn 4. Ward (2) make him hard to be killed in early game.
All of this is only cost 3mana.
After we disscussed, we have it to be banned.
Demonic Tutor is Banned.
Demonic tutor is the best tutor card. No doubt. Compare with V.tutor, they are smilar power level. After the votes for banned list update from 3 seasons.Finally, it worths a ban.
